Excellence (CoE) is a strategic hub designed to strengthen academic reputation,
enhance the quality of research and publications, and build capacity through
structured training programs. At the Faculty of Economics and Business,
Universitas Islam Riau (FEB UIR), the CoE serves as a catalyst for fostering a
culture of high-quality research, professional publications, and impactful
training initiatives. By consolidating expertise, resources, and networks, the
CoE supports both national and international academic engagements.
The CoE’s role
extends beyond academic functions, serving as a key driver in achieving
accreditation targets, advancing journal indexing, and contributing to
sustainable economic development. Its orientation is aligned with addressing
global challenges such as sustainability, digitalization, and inclusive
economic growth, rooted in the values of Islam and the Sustainable Development

Organizational Structure and Roles
The
organizational structure of the CoE at FEB UIR is composed of:

Director: Assists the director in operational management, ensures synergy
across divisions, and acts as the interim director when needed.

facilitates indexing and accreditation, and provides training for authors,
